Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
